Our partner’s business requirement was to improve the reliability and efficiency of their existing production support system. The set objective of the project was twofold: to stabilise the Lear Led Guided System (LLGS) and to further develop it into a multiple-module production support and production monitoring system. Our tasks included mapping the LLGS, replacing the documentation and developing the production software. Thanks to the modernised system developed through our work, the production rate has increased significantly and control over production has been ensured.
